The sent parcel goes through the necessary scan. If a product the transportation of which is prohibited is found in the parcel it will be sent back to the seller or destroyed.

Attention Customers – Change Regarding Customs-Declarations for Parcels

Please be informed that the declaration service fee for customs-clearance of online parcels is changing.

Starting from July 1, 2025, the service fee will be 10 GEL.
