- You’ll have access to the Box pickup functionality
- You can request assistance with ordering parcels
The Box pickup feature can be managed from your personal account or via an SMS notification
Method I — From your personal profile
Log in and go to your account
Select "Collect from Box" from the menu
Create a group of parcels for pickup and generate the barcode
Method II — From an SMS notification
Open the message notifying you that your parcel has arrived

New Year flight schedule
Georgia - Branches will operate according to the following schedule:
December 31: 09:00–20:00
January 1 and 2: Closed (days off)
USA – The last flight will operate on December 30. The next flight will be sent on January 5.
United Kingdom – The last flight will be sent on December 31. The next flight will be sent on January 5.
China
Air freight: The last flight will be sent on December 31. The next flight will be sent on January 6.
Land freight: The last shipment will be sent on December 29. The next shipment will be sent on January 9.
Taobao and Pinduoduo parcels
Air freight: The last flight will be sent on December 31. The next flight will be sent on January 5.
Land freight: Shipments will be sent according to the regular schedule.
Germany – The last flight will be sent on December 24. The next flight will be sent on January 6.
Spain – The last flight will be sent on December 23. The next flight will be sent on January 6.
Italy – The last flight will be sent on December 25. The next flight will be sent on January 8.
Greece – The last flight will be sent on December 29. The first flight will operate on January 2.
Turkey – A flight will be sent on December 30. The next flight will be sent on January 4.
Cyprus – A flight will be sent on December 29. The first flight will be sent on January 5.
