How to collect your parcel?
To collect a parcel from box, prepay the transportation fee and generate a barcode using one of the simple methods:
Method I β From your personal profile
Log in and go to your account
Select "Collect from Box" from the menu
Create a group of parcels for pickup and generate the barcode
Method II β From an SMS notification
Open the message notifying you that your parcel has arrived
Click the link
Scroll down to view the barcode
When you arrive at our office, simply scan the barcode at the box and take your parcel β thatβs it!
