How does the service work?
Deliver the parcel to the addresses specified in our partners' offices.
Enter the recipient's name, surname and valid mobile phone number.
Upon receipt of the parcel, a unique tracking code will be provided, through which the recipient can confirm its location and status.
The recipient is obliged to bring his/her ID card or passport when delivering the parcel in Georgia.
Upon arrival of the parcel, a short text message will be sent to the recipient.
Parcels are distributed in any city and district center of Georgia.

How to collect your parcel?
To collect a parcel from box, prepay the transportation fee and generate a barcode using one of the simple methods:
Method I — From your personal profile
Log in and go to your account
Select "Collect from Box" from the menu
Create a group of parcels for pickup and generate the barcode
Method II — From an SMS notification
Open the message notifying you that your parcel has arrived
Click the link
Scroll down to view the barcode
When you arrive at our office, simply scan the barcode at the box and take your parcel — that’s it!
