Courier service - delivery of parcels to the valid address in Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Rustavi. The service applies to both online parcels and personal parcels.
How to request a courier service?
For Online Parcels: In order for a courier to deliver your parcel, you must request a courier service on a particular parcel.
The courier service is marked both when declaring the parcel and after the declaration with the "courier service" button along the parcel tracking.
For Personal Parcels: In order for the courier to deliver the parcel to you, you must register the request through the call center and pay the cost of the courier service to the courier.
* In the case of the UK, courier services are requested in the UK upon delivery. Or you can register the request through the call center.
Damaged packaging:
The customer must check the packaging of the parcel in the presence of the courier. In case of any external damage, he/she can file a claim on a package.

Several parcels for 1 person:
In case 2 or more parcels arrive in the name of one person and you want all the parcels to be delivered to you by the courier, you will pay only 1 parcel for the courier service, the courier will bring the rest of the parcels free of charge. However, it is mandatory to mark the courier service on all parcels.
To this end, you need to select the courier service on all the desired parcels in the list of parcels left in your room or in the list of incoming parcels.
* Okrokana, Lilo, Tsinubani, Tskneti, Tsavkisksi, Ponichala, Zemo Ponichala 5 GEL is added to the standard price.
Additional information:
Delivery of the arrived items will be confirmed after the selection of the courier service and within two working days after the payment.
* When using the courier service, the courier takes the parcel to the building and is not obliged to carry it on the floor.

- Parcel delivery fee (except for Israel): 1 parcel - 10 GEL, each subsequent parcel - additional 5 GEL
- Parcel sent from Israel: 1 parcel - 10 GEL

- Parcel delivery fee (except for Israel): 1 parcel - 7 GEL, each subsequent parcel - additional 3 GEL
- Parcel sent from Israel: 1 parcel - 10 GEL

- Parcel delivery fee (except for Israel): 1 parcel - 7 GEL, each subsequent parcel - additional 3 GEL
